All Soldato properties are fully maintained and we work towards to highest level of Health and Safety throughout each property. These always include integrated and interlinked fire detection systems, internal and external CCTV, fire graded automatic closing doors with BS-EN 1634-1 ironmongery.

All properties benefit from a fully functioning communal space and breakfast area. Our kitchens are fully integrated with a washing machine, clothes dryer, microwave and fridge freezer including kettle and toaster. We also provide all kitchenware which will include cutlery, plates and bowls. The communal living space is separate from the kitchen with a television, sofa area and dining space.

All bedrooms come fully finished which include soft furnishings, bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Soldato prides itself in providing a realistic approach to the support needs of vulnerable adult's within the community. We are able to provide support for a range of needs working on a tenant to tenant basis. This can include help with benefits, doctors appointments, hospital appointment, food bank vouchers, general independence, financial planning and further independent housing.

Help provide a comfortable, safe and happy place to live for as long as they need. We want people to use our services as a step towards a more independent and stable life.

We want to provide a realistic and human approach to people that find themselves in difficult situations and hopefully be there to support them in whatever way they need.
